Shipping & Deliveries

Please note UPS price increase:
As of January 2020 UPS (which we use) has lowered their maximum weight for a package from 70 lbs to 50 lbs. Therefore any orders over 50 pounds will incur a substantial price jump. A  3 bag (canine 16 each) is the most economical way of shipping your need of dog food, as it falls just below the 50 maximum. If you order the smaller bag of Viand Canine (9lb) 5 bags will be the most economical as is Feline.
 
When Will My Order Ship?

Orders that are placed by the consumer will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, as long as they are received by 2 pm EST that business day. Please note that shipping time may be affected by inclement weather.

Where Do You Ship?

We will ship to any location within the Continental United States if the order(s) are placed using GROUND SHIPPING.

Delivery Rates and Times

All orders originate from zip code 12601 Poughkeepsie, NY. Our shipping charges are not the actual charges incurred by Viand the company. If you wish to calculate what the actual charges by UPS are, visit UPS.com and apply our origin zip code, your delivery zip code and the weight of order to view actual charges. UPS currently charges a residential charge of $4.10 per box as well as a fuel surcharge. Maximum case weight is 49 lbs. If an order is more than that, an additional box will reflect the same charges. All pet food is shipped via UPS. If additional shipping charges apply, they will be added to the total charged to you. Take a look at our shipping map for more information on times. All days are estimated from New York state.

When ordering supplements, treats and natural remedies along with food, the weight of said items will be added to the order defaulting the shipping charges accordingly. If you order supplements, treats or natural remedies WITHOUT pet food, then we will ship when possible via either Priority Mail, UPS or USPO, reflecting shipping and handling charges combined.

Tracking Your Order

After you have submitted your order along with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking number from UPS - once the package has left the facility. You may also track your order through your account on the Viandpet website under previous orders, detailed view.

Return Policy

All unopened products can be returned to Viand Pet,  c/o Fulfillville 2715 E. Schiller Street Ste 115, Philadelphia, PA 19134 within 10 business days of the customer's receiving of that product. They will be credited with the original cost of the product (shipping fees not applicable) minus a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
